Design and Development of Quality Management System in the Republican Medical Library and Information Center of Tatarstan

Abstract: Experience of Quality Management System (QMS) implementation in RMLIC and practical experience of solving problems arising in the process of elaboration and implementation of QMS on accordance to requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001-2008 is considered in the paper.
