Establishment and Activity of the Centralized Library Systems in Mari Village

Abstract: The beginning and end of the centralization of rural libraries, a qualitative change in the promotion of books, a significant expansion of book choice are considered. A special place is given to experience in the centralized library system of Mountain Mari district in 1970—1980’s.
