Fedor Karatygin: Attempt to Comprehend the Personality (to the 120th birth anniversary)

Abstract: On the personality of F. Karatygin — theoretician and practician of the library science, one of the first lecturers of Moscow Librarian Institute. In his critical and evaluational reception of the new books, which is given on the pages of «The red librarian» we see that he is a gifted and intellectual personality who deeply felt the necessities of the solving of modern problems on the library science of the given historical period.
