“Herald of the Library Assambly of Eurasia” is a research and practical journal of not-for-profit partnership “Library Assembly of Eurasia” and the Russian State Librar. It was founded in 1993 under the title “Information Bulletin of the Library Assembly of Eurasia”. From 2000 to 2002 its name was “Herald of the LAE”, since 2002 it has been published as “Herald of the Library Assembly of Eurasia”.

The journal is distributed by subscription. The subscription code in the unified catalogue “Press of Russia” is 14464.

Founder and publisher: federal state budgetary institution “Russian State Library”.

Subject area of the journal: intercultural and interlibrary communication of the CIS countries; libraries in the polycultural area; national libraries; informatization of libraries; library science and practice, etc.
