Petrov Annotation: The article deals with the XII International Research Readings dedicated to the 180th anniversary of Nikolay Fedorov, the outstanding thinker, «father» of native cosmism tradition. The conference started on June 2, 2009 in the Russian State Library. Visiting session in the Fedorov’s homeland, in the Ryazan region has taken place also.
