Abstract: The essence of such concepts as spirituality and morals, their integrating role in the motion of value orientations of personality is considered in the article. The author of the article suggests principles and methods of library educational work in the agrarian institute directed to mobilization of moral potential of the future specialist in the agro-industrial complex.
