Abstract: Conceptual approaches, the purposes, specificity and priorities of the unique intergovernmental program directed on the formation of the information society «with a human face» — UNESCO Program «Information for all» are highlighted. Activity of the Russian committee of the Program «Information for all» which in the end of 2010 has celebrated the 10-year-old anniversary is reflected.
