Regional Projects on the Preservation of Cultural Heritage: «Second Life» of Unique Books and Book Collections

Abstract: Analyzing the innovative project activity of the cultural heritage preservation in the Republic of Khakasia, the author acquaints with the regional experience on introducing into scientific and cultural turn unique and rare book collection of the National library named after N.G. Domozgakov. Realization of these projects gives opportunity to solve strategic tasks of cultural policy and helps to involve young generation into social-cultural activity.
