Here you can:

• access the items stocked by the auxiliary book depository of the department
• access the Digital Catalogue of RSL and the system of card catalogues and indexes of the department
• refer to a bibliograpfer for operational advice on search and selection of sources, details and facts related to an item and subject-related selection of items
• inquire on the valid restrictions (and their expiry dates) for access to and copying of subject-related items
• inquire on the opening hours of RSL and the reading room and forthcoming events
• on approval of administrative personnel to bring and use printed and typed research materials and/or proofs of a research, including those on digital carriers
• on approval of the reading room manager bring an assistant or interpreter into the reading room
• use microform readers, use library computers and software to access the web-site of RSL and its resources, including digital library and Digital Catalogue
• plug personal lap-tops and palm computers into dedicated sockets

Fee-based:

• retrieve dedicated bibliographic and factual references and/or subject-related selection of sources based on the referential and bibliographic apparatus of RSL, in case a patron would like to outsource use of catalogues, reference and bibliographic sources
• have items copied in accordance with 'The RSL Rule for providing copying, micro-copying and scanning services' (printed out or saved on an optic CD provided by RSL)
